Log a (M) is the log of M to the base a and we have to change it to the base b.
Here is the formula for changing the value of M from base a to base b is
=> log a (M) = log b (M)/ log b(a)
log a (M) is changed to log b (M) by dividing it by the log of base a to the new base b log b(a).

=> log a (b) = 1 / log b (a)
